6+ years software engineering experience as a fractional CTO, directly involved in 15+ ventures from idea to launch across medical, trading, and AI SaaS platforms. My strengths are solution design, system architecture, and orchestrating AI-enhanced workflows that significantly increase quality, alignment, and speed. I specialize in greenfield projects and rebuilds where I establish modern practices, workflows, and operations while building. I've worked with a variety of teams and understand how development environments make or break quality—I spot and fix pain points when given the autonomy to do so. I love working with energetic teams, founders, and clients and am surprisingly outgoing for an engineer.
